Back in 2021, Spindrift was approached by a US-based beverage company that shared our name and discussions began to potentially co-exist in the Canadian marketplace. After some consideration, and with our no-nonsense spirit leading the way, we decided that this was an opportunity to create a name that better reflected who we are and more importantly where we are. With that in mind, Spindrift is being reborn as The Burnside Brewing Company.
Burnside Brewing’s ethos is simple – work hard, have fun, and make great beer. It’s all about the beer, being trendy was never our thing. Look no further than our location – quaintly nestled in a decidedly un-hip industrial park where we place 100% of our focus on brewing consistent, quality, and approachable beer. We take our craft seriously, but not ourselves. We brew beer that our customers want to drink.
